Element Four are now a B Corp™

Happy B Corp month!

We are extremely proud to announce that Element Four are now a Certified B Corporation® (or B Corp™), joining a global community of businesses measuring our social and environmental impact.

Certification as a B Corp™ is confirmation that we practice what we preach - to use business as a force for good.  We are passionate about sustainability and making a meaningful difference for our clients, the community and the planet. 

B Corp™ certification addresses the entirety of a business' operation across five key impact areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers.  Through certification, Element Four has demonstrated that we meet rigorous accountability, transparency and social and environmental performance impact standards. The accreditation process was much more detailed and took longer than we originally anticipated but the process has encouraged us to further improve in many areas and commits us to keep these high standards up for the long run. 

We are now part of a community of 4,600 businesses globally that have been certified as B Corps™. The B Corps™ community in the UK, representing a broad cross-section of industries and sizes, comprises over 600 companies and include well-known brands such as The Guardian, Innocent, Patagonia, The Body Shop and organic food pioneers Abel & Cole.

We hope to see more businesses make the choice to hold themselves accountable for making a positive impact and striving to balance profit and purpose.
