Fitwel Certification

Since its launch in 2017, Fitwel has become the leading international building health and wellbeing standard with 2,000 certified schemes worldwide.

Element Four is Europe’s leading Fitwel Champion, with more projects under assessment than any other consultant.

Certification can be achieved for a variety of building types and is valid for three years.

One of Fitwel’s unique features is that all strategies are optional, ensuring that no building is precluded from participation due to site, structural or other constraints.

The new Viral Response Module can be achieved as a stand-alone certification to give assurance to occupants that properties are managed to effectively reduce transmission risk.
