Dimeiji Darrell Garber

Dimeji is a New York-born, Nigerian and Sierra Leonean with a keen interest in driving ESG impact, circular economy strategies and creating lasting development frameworks. He studied MSc Global Energy & Climate Policy at SOAS and is a SASB ESG accredited analyst. In his previous role, he built global process improvement initiatives for TerraCycle, a leader in the Zero Waste and recycling innovation space.

Growing up in Nigeria sparked Dimeji's curiosity about energy, agriculture, innovation and alternative sustainable paradigms. His goal at Element Four is to help clients understand their core environmental challenges and implement strategies aligned with sustainable development goals.

Dimeji is a devoted vinyl collector who loves films, art, podcasts, pets, cycling, and a variety of sports.
