After developing a keen interest in a career in administration, Lucy joined the Element Four team in 2021. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys discussing Russian history, baking with her family and exploring the outdoors with her partner. 

Lucy cares deeply about the environment, especially its impact on animal welfare. With a home full of pets ranging from dogs to birds, Lucy is keen to ensure the protection of all animals around the world, through the support of charities and wildlife organisations. During this difficult year, Lucy has seen the importance of mental health awareness and is eager to drive this forward in her career.
